These draft terms describe Beruexchange's market-information website and virtual-money practice tools. They do not establish an exchange account, custody service or real-money trading relationship.
Market information and virtual practice are available. Real-money trading, deposits, withdrawals and trading-account registration remain unavailable. Operating policies remain subject to review.
1. About Beruexchange
Beruexchange is an India-focused project by Metaledger Labs Pvt Ltd. The website provides sourced market reference information and guest spot paper trading. Real-money trading, deposits, withdrawals, account registration and custody remain under development and are not available.
2. Market data and currency conversion
Crypto market information is sourced from CoinSpectrum, with attribution under its published CC BY 4.0 licence. INR displays use a dated daily USD/INR reference rate from Frankfurter. The foreign-exchange rate is not an intraday trading quote. Prices, charts and statistics can have different source times; check the displayed timestamps and availability notices.
3. Virtual-money practice
Guest paper trading begins with ₹1,00,000 of resettable virtual cash. It simulates spot buys and sales using available market reference prices. The virtual balance, holdings and profit/loss have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed. No order reaches an exchange, and no real cryptocurrency is acquired.
4. Simulation assumptions
The simulator does not provide leverage or short selling and does not model fees, slippage or taxes. Its market-price fills do not reproduce an exchange order book, liquidity or partial execution. Stale or unavailable price data can prevent new simulated orders. Simulated results are not evidence of results achievable with real money.
5. Guest storage and resets
The paper portfolio and trade history are stored in this browser, not in a Beruexchange customer account. They do not sync across devices. Clearing browser data or resetting the paper portfolio removes the saved practice record. The virtual cash is restored by a reset; it is never a deposit or payment.
6. Responsible use and third parties
Do not misrepresent simulated performance as real, misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access. The website does not ask for seed phrases, private keys, payment details or identity documents. Data attribution and asset symbols do not imply a provider partnership, endorsement, supported trading listing or regulatory approval.
7. Future real-money services and contact
Any future real-money offering requires confirmed service scope, eligibility, operating arrangements and final terms. No launch date, licence, registration, insurance or approval is claimed here.
