This notice describes the current market-information and guest paper-trading website. A complete operational policy must be finalised before any account registration, identity verification or real-money service begins.
Market information and virtual practice are available. Real-money trading, deposits, withdrawals and trading-account registration remain unavailable. Operating policies remain subject to review.
1. Browser preferences
The website stores your theme under berue-theme-v1 and watchlist under berue-watchlist-v1 in local storage. The current tab's animation preference is stored under berue-motion-v1 in session storage. These choices are not sent to a Beruexchange account database.
2. Guest paper portfolio
berue-paper-v1 stores a JSON record of your virtual cash, holdings and simulated trade history in this browser. This application does not submit that portfolio or history to its server or to the market-data providers. There is no cloud sync or registered trading account. Another person with access to this browser may be able to see or change its local data.
3. Market-data requests
The website requests prices, charts and reference exchange rates through its server endpoints. Those endpoints contact CoinSpectrum and Frankfurter to retrieve public market information. Requested asset identifiers are technical query information; your locally stored paper portfolio is not included in those requests. Hosting infrastructure and upstream providers may process technical request data under their own notices.
4. Email enquiries
Email links open a draft addressed to support@beruexchange.com. The website does not send it or enrol you automatically. If you send a message, the recipient receives your email address and its contents. Do not include identity documents, passwords, seed phrases or payment information.
5. Your controls
You can reset the practice portfolio from the paper-trading interface or clear browser site data. Theme, watchlist and motion controls are described on the Cookies & Local Storage page. Contact support@beruexchange.com about information you have emailed. Requests concerning personal information are subject to the applicable legal requirements and appropriate verification.
6. Hosting and future services
The application has no added advertising pixels or analytics scripts. This is not a claim that hosting or access infrastructure collects no technical data. The complete operational provider, retention and international-transfer inventory remains to be confirmed. New account, KYC, payment or marketing collection would require an updated notice and appropriate controls.
